Services not covered by insurance
Standard curative and preventive primary care is covered by your health insurer. Below is a price list of services that insurance does not cover, or that we perform at your own request. At the practice you can pay in cash, by card or via QR code.
Administration & records
- Administrative fee (by complexity and scope) 330–1 800 Kč
- Copy of records (black & white, A4) 2 Kč / page
- Sending lab results as PDF (online) 99 Kč
- International vaccination certificate 50 Kč
- Medical report in English (up to A5) 500 Kč
- Inspection of medical records (with staff present) 800 Kč
Examinations & consultations
Paid by uninsured patients or when the examination is requested by the patient.
- Online consultation 390 Kč
- Small targeted examination (approx. 20 min) 1 900 Kč registered patient 950 Kč
