We are registering new patients
To register, contact us through the virtual nurse Emmy app and choose the request “I want to register”. It takes a few minutes and you can do it from home.
- Open our practice profile in the Emmy app
- Tap “Create new access” and set up your access to the Emmy app (or “I have access” if you already use Emmy)
- After signing in to the Emmy app, select our practice, create the “I want to register” request and fill in the form
